Junior Graphic Designer | Keeping

Junior Graphic Designer

Keeping was founded out of a desire to create beautiful experiences wherever the customer comes into contact with a brand.

To achieve this goal, we work with brands that have an alignment to our vision and a desire to take a strategic approach to achieving success in the missions that we set together.

Whilst making sure intelligence is applied throughout the work that we deliver – above all, our focus is to create beauty wherever a brand exists. Physical or Digital.
This role is for someone who wants to take the opportunity of an Apprenticeship, with a view to develop themselves and create a role within the team that they can continue to develop beyond the completion of the relevant course.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for someone new to the industry, with a clear eye for quality design and an ability to clearly illustrate this during early conversations.

With a senior team, we are looking for someone that is keen to learn the intricacies of the industry.

Through this apprenticeship, the individual will be exposed to varying demands across a wide mix of software, and will be required to illustrate a keenness to learn.
The quality of output will always be extremely high, and whilst our expectations will remain set above average we will continue to assist in your personal development throughout the whole journey.

The individual will gain knowledge of creating experiences on digital platforms (including websites, apps and video) and across physical touch-points (including print, shops and location design).

We will enrol the successful candidate in relevant courses at Bournemouth Arts University.

Above all, we are looking for someone who wants to invest themselves in a young and aspirational design studio – which continues to work for larger and larger brands – to assist in giving it the reputation of one of the strongest outfits in the industry.

As we are a small team, we all muck in from time to time to help on other tasks outside of our personal roles.
